Tour the Revitalized Las Vegas Home of Jerry Lewis – A Blend of History and Luxury

In a remarkable transformation, Stately Home Staging has recently completed their latest project on a property that boasts a rich history, once being the residence of the renowned Las Vegas comedy icon, Jerry Lewis. The house, a stunning six-bedroom, six-bathroom estate, located in the prestigious Scotch 80s neighborhood of Las Vegas, has been meticulously prepared for its return to the market.

Nate Strager of Luxury Estates International, the listing agent for the property, has announced that this iconic home, which Jerry Lewis lived in for an impressive 35 years, is now listed for $2.5 million. This price tag reflects not only the home's storied past but also the extensive renovations. Staging carried out by Stately Home Staging.

The residence, spanning approximately 8,000 square feet, sits near the Las Vegas Medical Campus and just off Charleston Boulevard. It features a petrified wood fireplace, a newly renovated kitchen, and a pool that has been recently refinished as part of the renovations. Stately Home Staging's work included an investment of around $40,000 in landscaping and other touch-ups to enhance the property's appeal.

Among the notable features of the home are a chandelier in the family room, a three-car garage, and a covered balcony offering views of downtown Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Strip. The property also includes a "casita-like" living space adjacent to the garage, suitable for use as an extra bedroom or pool house.

The history of the house is as captivating as its features. After Lewis' passing in 2017, the home experienced a series of ownership changes. It was initially sold to Jane Popple in 2019 for $1.2 million and went through various sales and bids before being acquired by Blooming Desert LLC for $1.4 million in 2021. Most recently, it was sold to Brumbies Capital in a foreclosure sale for about $2 million in September 2023.

Strager, enthusiastic about the property's future, is planning a public open house in February, aiming to find a long-term owner. The combination of the home's historical significance and the recent enhancements by Stately Home Staging is expected to generate substantial interest in this unique listing.
